1. Acceptance

By creating a Moniesent account or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Moniesent provides a digital wallet for funding via Flutterwave and purchasing airtime, mobile data, utility bills, cable TV, betting wallet funding, education vouchers, gift cards, and peer-to-peer transfers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in Nigeria.

4. Wallet & transactions

• Wallet balances are held in NGN and debited when you purchase services
• Completed bill payments and airtime top-ups are generally non-refundable
• We may suspend accounts suspected of fraud or abuse

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Moniesent for illegal activity, money laundering, or unauthorized resale.

6. Limitation of liability

Moniesent is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions by third-party providers.
